Aecon Group Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provide construction and infrastructure development services to private and public sector clients in Canada, the United States, and internationally. It operates through two segments, Construction and Concessions. Aecon Group Inc. was formerly known as Prefac Concrete Co. Ltd. and changed its name to Aecon Group Inc. in June 2001. The company was founded in 1867 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
